Not only is Houston the city that I call home, but it is also the home of multiple members of my family. Because I have so many different family members in Houston, when it comes time for us to celebrate the holidays, we always have all of our celebrations in Houston.
Although the majority of my family lives in Houston, there are still some family members who live in other cities and states. However, even though we don’t get to see them as often as each other, when it comes time for us to have a holiday season, they always make time to travel down to Houston to be with us. Most of them fly down to Houston, but there are actually a couple of family members who feel that it is more convenient for them to get a rental car and drive to Houston. Regardless of which method of transportation they choose, the only thing that matters to me is that my whole family is together for the holidays. Family is definitely the most important thing in my life, and holidays are the time of the year when I get to remind them just how much I love them.
