Although I don’t have any plans to get married anytime soon, I would be lying if I said that I didn’t have a great time attending my cousin’s wedding, which was held near Houston. Ever since we were younger, all of our family has always teased her about being a high maintenance girl. Even though this is just a running joke among our family, her wedding showed that there is definitely some truth to this statement. While my cousin is a wonderful girl with a great heart, she definitely likes to be treated a certain way.
To begin with, her wedding took place on Valentine’s. It was held at our grandparent’s estate near Houston, and when I use the term estate, I am not exaggerating. The entire estate was redone with space for the wedding and the reception, and everything was quite impressive. Since I’m a guy, the main focus of my time down there in Houston was the reception, and it did not disappoint. From the food to the drinks to the entertainment, I don’t know a single person at the wedding who did not have an absolute blast during the reception!
